Finnish Lapphund

A medium-sized spitz breed originally used by the Sami people of Lapland to herd reindeer, the Finnish Lapphund is one of the most popular breeds in its native Finland. They are friendly, alert, and remarkably adaptable, with a thick, weather-resistant double coat, a submissive but courageous nature, and an eagerness to please that makes them highly trainable family dogs.
