Irish Red and White Setter

The older of the two Irish setter breeds, the Irish Red and White Setter is a powerful, athletic gundog with a distinctive particolored coat of red patches on a white base. They are spirited, determined, and friendly, combining keen hunting instincts with a warm, affectionate temperament that makes them excellent family sporting dogs.
