Spanish Mastiff

One of the largest and most ancient of the Iberian guardian breeds, the Spanish Mastiff has protected livestock from wolves in Spain's mountain pastures for centuries. They are calm, noble, and deeply territorial, combining massive size with a surprisingly gentle and affectionate disposition toward their families and the animals in their care.
